Finished installing a couple more motion-sensitive security lights around the house. I wanted to do that several years ago but thought it might not be good for the cat either making him visible at a bad moment or ruining his vision at a bad time. Anyhow, several cars on the street were broken into -- not ours -- so figured a good time to do it.
Been thinking on putting cameras around the place too, but as someone here used to say: Must think on that.
I have been thinking about cameras outside. I leave lights on while dark, I replaced them with LED bulbs years ago so I estimate it just costs less than $40.00 a year and it lights up the front porch area and the side of the house where the AC unit is located and where I used to park my truck. I think it worth it.
We watched the series, Wednesday, recently (finished last night). We both enjoyed it, it was better than I expected. The two actresses that played Wednesday and her room mate Enid, did a good job. We will be watching some movies and series with them in the near future.
Watched Ballerina, the new John Wick movie, tonight. Not bad. I expect if it does well there will be sequels.
Had to re-read twice before I understood the name of the series. Geez, my mind is going. Haven’t watched that series, Mac, nor the Ballerina one. I was hugely disappointed in the last John Wick film, so gunshy about watching anything related to it.
Did watch over the last couple of nights a Paramount series, Red Alert, about the Oct 7 massacres. Not bad, but they downplayed many of the hamas atrocities. Maybe “downplayed” isn’t the best word, but it came across more as a legitimate battle than what it really was.
My foot hurts. I am using two 4″ gauze pads under the compression sock and they sock through after a few hours. I hope this clears up in a few days. I’m whining!

The ineptitude of LAPD who interviewed the arsonist a few weeks after the initial fire and found his answers to be less than forthcoming?
The need for better perimeter security? Battery or hard-wired? Cloud or local storage?

Wednesday? What? Oh! Haven’t watched the last John Wick movie. Guess I should just to close it out.
