Good morning, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa and Sven!
I think I’ll pass on the cappuccino chips, thank you.
I’m sure Brenda will enjoy tonight’s dinner. It’s the extra little touches like that that keep a marriage strong.
Work begins in earnest today on my folks’ house. Laissez les bon temps roulez!
Good afternoon EveryGerbillyBody from the OMG-Bluebell-Ice-Cream-is-Back-on-the-Shelves SE Central Texas prairie!
Well, it gets to the shelves -- briefly. One grocery store in town sold out two FULL deliveries by 8:30 this morning. Mr. X got lucky, there were about a half-dozen Homemade Vanillas left at Wal-Mart so he scored.
Other than that, I got nuthin’. It’s been a pretty uninteresting day (thankyouverymuch).
Heh. In California we can have ice cream whenever we want it! Of course, our water is rationed, our roads suck, and if you are a gun owner you are always under assault…but we have frozen milk!
Hope everybody is doing fine--it’s finally cooled down a bit and should be a nice week leading up to a 3-day weekend.
Went with some friends to see Kid Rock over the weekend. Not a great show, but quite entertaining. And it was something to be surrounded by about 35,0000 people all with a “America, f*ck yeah” kind of attitude.
Monday gaaaaaaah!reetings from Happy Larryville, GN!
Cappuccino potato chips, anyone?
Thinking about making a special dinner tonight:
Everybody loves bacon.

These men do not love bacon:

Hope work on the house gets off to a good start.

I haven’t had to worry about that since I lost all of my firearms in that canoeing accident.
Anyone else noticed that a half gallon of ice cream is now 1.5 quarts?
Paddy, I think I heard they just increased it from one quart. Enjoy that extra ice cream!
Sven, of course we have had lesser substitutes but once you have had Blue Bell…you just understand how second rate the others are.
Texas!!!
