I was talking with a friend of mine last night. He mentioned that he had transferred project teams about 14 weeks ago and that the project he left had made no progress since, despite adding four “fresh-outs” (engineers fresh out of college with no experience) to the team. While their is a shortage of work accomplishments, there is an abundance of excuses.
