Just mowed the back yard, which I really didn’t feel like doing given the temp and 91% humidity. But teh weather-guessers have forecast 7+ days of scattered thunderstorms. Not huge amounts of rain, but likely enough to make cutting already-way-too-long grass a real pain.
Along with the same temperatures, so there was no upside to procrastination.
Happy Fragrant Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa!

I’ve got my weekly four-hour instruction period with two students, today (2 hours with each). By the time I’m done, the day’s half over and I haven’t even touched the other tasks on my summer list.
Happy Avian Approbation Wednesday, GN!

Good morning, Paddy!
I’d happily trade tasks with the bird.
Yes, I’m sure you would, but I don’t know if Ms. Brenda would approve.
Just so long as the lawn gets mowed… 😉
Lawns. Birds. Cheese. Three of the five necessary elements of any American novel.
Coup de Grass -- a novel of lawn Nazi’s, dueling neighbors, pink flamingos, and flatulance.
