Ugh. Came out better last year. I did a stupid thing; I thought I had enough to fill up a big baking dish, so greased that one all up and had it ready to go. Then when I poured in all the stuff, it was too thin-but I didnt want to dirty up another baking dish so went with it.
Too thin result. Not as moist and it should be. But I guess overall, not too bad. My dead mother is probably laughing at me over this.

That sounds like something I’d do; glad that it still was “not too bad”. (But then, I generally lurve meatloaf-y things.)
