Happy Birfday #3 to RabBeet!
Just sanded and vacuumed teh office floor; now for a wipe-down with mineral spirits and then teh third coat of urethane. (Was pleased that there were only a few small bubbles in teh second coat; perhaps my technique’s getting better.)
Third urethane coat looked startlingly good; after sanding, the only flaws I saw crawling around with teh small shop vac and then again with mineral oil rage were three small bubbles (sanded out) and a long white hair (which was removed with a fingernail).
One more coat and teh office floor finishing is done.
Finished office floor as seen under the bare bulb in teh ceiling fixture. (I’ll take some more in the morning when teh burning orb will be coming in the window.)

Is that what you get from breathing teh fumes?
Fourth coat applied; we’ll see what it looks like in a couple of hours. (And again in the morning with direct sun coming through teh window…)
