It’s been feeling like I could *really* use a nap today. Maybe reclining on the couch and giving the epidural every possible ability to kick in is contraindicated for staying awake.
Or WAY fewer cigarettes.
Most likely the latter.
Other than that, I ain’t got much. Started thinking it was probably time to fill the hummingbird feeders the other morning, and got around to it today. It didn’t take long for them to show up -- I could hear them through the open windows.

It seems I’ve come down with a mighty cold (since the weather turned hot) and was miserable yesterday as I struggled to stay ‘up’ for my kids. Today is a little better, but the day really hasn’t started yet. Oh well, there’s a test tomorrow, so Thursday will be easy.

Sorry you caught a cold, Paddy. Don’t students get extra points for infecting teachers? I thought the point of school was to see how many people you can swap germs with in one semester.

I wonder if the police will find a connection between the student arrested in that PA stabbing spree and the teevee show The Following. Because in that show, stabbing sprees are every 15 minutes.
