A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Today is my pastor’s last day at my church -- we’re having a luncheon and a roast for him after service. It’s hard to see him and his wife go -- they’re both good spiritual leaders and good friends.
Sadly for Los Angeles, Mexico lost to the Dutch in today’s World Cup match. I watched the last 15 minutes or so--and I will say this: soccer is more exciting than golf.
SCOTUS decisions tomorrow--I’m hoping that they go in favor of Hobby Lobby and deal another blow to Obama and his health care plan. Not that I’m hugely in favor of Hobby Lobby, but anything that throws a wrench into Obamacare is a good thing.
