It was wonderfully chilly last night, but alas, it should be back to the upper 80’s by mid-week.
Pulled out the crock pot and added in all the schadenfreude ingredients. Will let it slow cook overnight and it will be steaming hot tomorrow evening when I return home from the polls.

While not really related, we had French onion soup last night and tonight I made a beef stew. Slow-cooked goodness served with a nice, dark stout.
