We’re mostly done -- we just need to look for holidays, then clean things up and apply sealer. We need to replace the fence on one side of the house, so I spent some time tearing down a part of that.
I don’t think there’s a proverbial chance in H3ll that our testicularly-challenged president will learn anything useful from Jordan’s proper response to terrorism.
I havent bothered to read or look for the WH response to this latest ISIS killing, but I’m sure it was full of righteous outrage, firm resolve, and reminders that this isn’t Islam.
I’ve been watching the video released today that includes the burning of the Jordanian pilot. It’s slickly produced; someone spent a lot of time putting this thing together. It’s one of the most Hollywood-like things I’ve ever seen.
What their end game is, I have no idea. Unless it’s to produce so much outrage that the response they get produces enough civilian deaths that their ranks swell. But that’s more nuance than I care to consider.
Tell you what though, having Obama in charge doesnt give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
