I read yesterday that she’s turned over 55,000 pages of emails. That’s 55,000 printed pages -- pages that have to be individually read and are not easily searchable. She could have turned over the electronic files, but no, that wouldn’t fit the Clinton playbook. Will the media pay attention? Only if forced to.
Paddy, Beth is a peach, isn’t she? She thinks because she studies French and Arabic that only she is capable of “critical thinking.” She gushes about how Obamacare cut her mothers insurance cost to a third that it is wonderful for everyone but denies she is being subsidized by others. I gather she claims costs have just been reduced by 2/3 or something (never explained, naturally). She loves her 1911 and used to go to the range every Friday but loves Obama and the Democrats. She blocks her kids from seeing Fox news. I notice she dismissed ant conservative source out of hand but questioned your use of a liberal source like The Daily Beast.
She is really quite amazing in her blindness to reason and her arrogance.
I was very happy to see you there, as always. When she boxes herself into a corner she usually finds she has something else to do and leaves. But whatever it is sometimes does not keep her from commenting on other threads. Funny how that works. She likes to call people things like “Dear” in a derisive way but then takes umbrage if she decides your comment is “too personal” which usually means you point out her own hypocrisy.
She is almost a caricature of a flaming liberal but she is sincere. She has friends that are even worse. One has an advanced degree and tried to impress me with it so I told her about Deb and why they don’t impress me that much. She came storming in claiming I was describing her so I asked why she would assume the shoe fit her and posted the Britt Hume report from Fox News. She has now blocked me. Not the first time that has happened.
She could have turned over the electronic files, but no, that wouldn’t fit the Clinton playbook.
This is just another Clintonesque middle finger, like the “what meaning of ‘is’ is” bolshoi, the Rose Law Firm records, Vince Foster’s extremely timely demise, etc., etc., etc.
They always get away with those shenanigans. Personally, I wish someone would pop a cap in both their grifting, hillbilly asses.
(Because the “system” is so clearly and ineffably broken, not to mention corrupted and populated with lily-livered, weak-kneed public officials, I don’t think there’s a chance in Hades of cleaning it up without making pointed examples of some of the worst offenders.)

As far as turning over 55,000 pages of documents instead of electronically transferring them, megaoutrage from the tree hugging environmental wing of the Left to commence any minute now.
Of course, the State Dept could just scan them using OCR technology, but this is the same administration that couldnt build a workable web site with a billion dollars.
