It’s that time of year when teaching positions start opening up. I’ve been working on applications and cover letters -- let’s hope something good turns up.
Just read an email from my sister responding to teh tale of two funerals that I sent to Fatwa. (Copies available from Fatwa on request). She read it to her husband said they lol’d a couple of times. She said “This should be a book!” Ha! She has no idea that I have been chronicling teh Crackhouse Mansion for years. I had to quit writing them when it quit being funny.
The good news is that BW talked to both Sis and Zombie Sis today. both were clear & Sis was really focused on the problem at hand. ZS was clear, attempted to play games, but BW didn’t let her. The message was “bills or pills” chose the path & reap the rewards or suffer the consequences. It got through. For today, at least.
BW’s bronchitis is being treated with a shot, Z-Pack & cough medicine. Uh-uh, my throat is getting sore. I gargled with salt water & hope I don’t have to go to the dr . tomorrow.

Out at my salt mine of employment, two people in our group gave notice this week. I blame it on some “morale busting” employee.
