Sven, thanks for the kind words, we are making our way as best we can. Today we need to drop in at BW’s dr. on that part of town. Not sure if she is going to want to stop at The Crackhouse Mansion or not. Either way is fine.
Gotta hop, need moar coffee!

Reading the Baltimore Sun. this little excerpt comes from one of their stories:

“A CVS store and a check-cashing store were breached. Then, a mom-and-pop grocery store. People walked away with garbage bags full of supplies: diapers, bleach, snack foods, prescription drugs.”

“Next door, another business remained intact. A man stood in the locked vestibule wielding a shotgun.”

I wonder if anyone in Baltimore can put two and two together and figure out why one business remained “intact” while the ones around it were “breached”?

G’day from Happy Larryville, GN!

Hai, RabBeet!

K3wL thread pic, Mac!

I think it’s going to be a long, hot and destructive summer across the country.

Baltimore PD is now admitting that they should have gotten Freddie Gray medical attention before loading him into the Officer Toad’s Wild Ride van. I wonder if they really believe the tactic of, ah, copping to their multiple screw-ups one at a time is a winning one?

Drip. Drip. Drip.

And in Cleveland, they’re getting closer to the end of the trial of Ossifer Michael Brelo, the only cop charged in the “Blues Brothers” 60-car chase. (He’s the one who stood on the hood of the suspects’ vehicle and unloaded more than 40 rounds through the windshield.)

The latest lame ploy is claiming that Brelo was “visually impaired” from all of the strobing po-po lights and “may have thought he was seeing people move. But, in reality, that may have just been a trick of the flashing lights, much like watching people dance under a disco ball.”

I expect Cleveland will be next to riot and burn.

This seems sadly appropriate:

Good morning, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, RabBiT, Sven, and Fatwa!
It’s another beautiful day in paradise, where the temps have gone up 30 degrees in three days and the gas prices $0.40 in 10 days.

It’s awfully nice of the mayor of Balitmore to continue giving rioters space to destroy. I wonder if she’ll let them come to her neighborhood?

Hai, Paddy!

Maaaan…teh wrong things are going up in SoCal.

I’d prefer to see an increase in wages, the size and scope of the economy and liberty.

(Of course to do that, you’d need to reduce taxes, regulation, union members, gummint employees, legislators and millions of tax-leeches.)

I see that Il Douchey -- after 72 hours -- finally made some weak-tea comments re Baltimore; fvck him and his entire administration. (And, because it’s become de rigeur, almost the entirety of our Congress and federal bureaucracy.)

That’s right around the corner out here in Cali! And we’ll have a bullet train too!

Fuckin’ Barack Obama. “Since Ferguson…” Yeah, since the big lie in Ferguson. Since a white police officer, doing his job, was attacked by a black man who ended up dead for his stupidity and then that white cop had his life completely destroyed.

At some point, the truth has to matter, but it never will for the Obama’s of the world.
