Nice job on teh Sven & Jerry’s flavors yesterday, guys.
I found this amusing for some reason:

I don’t know what a whiskey pellet is-maybe like a rumball? But after last night’s thread & this morning’s picture, the thought came to me.
Actually, it has been 10 years since I have had any alcohol…
Mebbe I saw Peach & Whiskey Pellets open for the Allman Brothers in ’74. Ha!

I never stay around long enough to talk to anyone anymore.
It’s kind of catch-as-catch-can here many days; real life certainly intrudes on my Squeaky fun. 🙁
Glad to see you’ve been checking-in.

This morning, BW & I are supposed to meet a realtor to tour Teh Crackhouse Mansion. Zombie Sis is still living there & I am thinking that the guy’s estimate will plummet once he sees the inside. I just hope that BW doesn’t decide to spend too much on getting it looking decent again. All the renovations that The Mother made over the years went down hill once the squatters moved in. Plus, she banged the walls up pretty good herself , running her wheelchair full speed into walls all the time.
But on the plus side, the Good Niece called BW yesterday to say that she would take TM’s dog. A non-housebroken big dog that I can’t stand & knew we were going to get stuck with taking.
Made it to the Reagan Library last night for Dana Perino. Man, the place was picked--fully sold out--and hot. We got there just in time, ended up parking almost on Madera Road at the last shuttle stop, and caught the last shuttle going up the hill.
Dana was engaging--no speech, but rather a conversation with one of the Reagan guys--and then she took questions from the audience. What’s clear whenever she speaks, is her love and respect for Bush 43. And yeah, Bush was not a great president despite the way he held the country together after 9/11, but he was/is a great man.
Anyhow, a worthwhile evening altho we didnt stick around for the book signing--the line was too long and the weather too hot. It was nice to listen to a smart optimistic Republican minus all the anger.
Good morning, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, RabBiT, Fatwa, and Sven!
Hot? You betcha! It was 95°F yesterday. Today should be only 90, but the humidity is way up (not southeast high, but high for us).
RabBiT -- get a realtor that you can trust and discuss what repairs, if any, should be made to Teh Crackhouse Mansion. Sometimes it’s better to just sell it as-is, while in others spending a few thousand dollars can make a huge difference in selling price.
Sven -- glad you and Mrs. Sven made it to the Reagan Library (and didn’t have to walk up that hill in the heat).

DON’T do windows. You’ll never make that money back.
Good morning/Afternoon EveryGerbillyBody from the oh-yeah-it’s-summer Central SE Texas prairie.
A foot of rain in May, and you’d hardly know it by looking at the ground today. Theoretically, we’ve got rain starting sometime between Wednesday and Thursday.

I love how Weather Underground forecasts it: “Today will be much cooler than yesterday.”
93° vs. 98°. Such a difference!
Hai, TeX!
Yes, I think I will have some iced tea, thank you!
I’ve been making some little catapults for tossing those little balls you soak in water then toss at people.
They’re for an activity Mrs. Paddy is having at her church. I’ve been doing all the cutting outside, then running into the garage for assembly, back outside for some trimming, back in the garage, etc. At first the garage was cooler, now I think it’s about 1 million degrees. At least there aren’t any copperheads.
Peach & Whiskey Pellets O grabbing!
G’morning, GN!
Hai, early-rising RabBeet!

Good luck with teh realtor; glad you’re not getting stuck with the big poop-puppy.
Do you really need to make it decent, Rabbit? Just sell it as is and be done with it?
Ha!
See ya later
