We met with the realtor & BW was devastated by the low price he quoted. On paper, it looks good, but the interior is so trashed that only a flipper would buy it. We are meeting with his contractor this morning to get a bid on patching sheetrock & interior painting. But we are not going to redo bathrooms & the kitchen. The squatters are still there…
BW threw her back out a couple of days ago. So far, it isn’t too bad. She can move around, but not very well.
Last night, after a 10 hr. drive, Good Nephew & family came to pick up Annie. It was good timing, BW’s arms are all scratched up from Annie stomping us. I was getting tired of her, too. But I already miss her! That doesn’t make sense, I know.
I’ll try to climb back on teh wheel later.

Also hope BW’s back gets better soon. (I have periodic issues with mine; not fun.)
