Hope everyone had a nice Independence Day…especially Jerry and Mac who keep teh Wheel spinning on a daily basis.
Maaaaaan…I could really go for some good bagels today. Alas, the closest place of which I’m aware that has bagels better than store-bought (up yours, Sara Lee and Lender’s!) is Einstein Brothers.

Too bad they’re so labor-intensive to make at home. (After fussing with the dough, they have to be boiled prior to baking to get the right texture.)
Cub Scout Day Camp starts tomorrow and runs through Friday. We normally set up camp on Saturday, finishing details on Sunday. With camp being held a week late this year and Independence Day falling on Saturday, we weren’t able to set up until today. With a lot of hard effort by a lot of adults and youth, we got it done!
