Prayers for Papa K this morning.
I am thankful for a loving husband that cooks me breakfast every morning in his towel.
Rabbit looks like a bomb to me.
Prayers for PapaK for a successful surgery. Prayers for the surgeons and nurses, and prayers for Brenda and her family for peace and comfort during this stressful time.

Also-is today the BK/Fatwa anniversary?
I know we’re close. I just can’t remember if Brenda & Fatwa got married before or after MY anniversary -- lucky #13 on Monday.
The docs opined that PapaK’s surgery went well. Since it started much later than scheduled and they gave him a general this time, we didn’t get a chance to see him afterwards.
Thank you all for the prayers and well-wishes; they mean a lot coming from teh Nation.
And tomorrow is our fifth anniversary; the traditional gift is wood. 🙂
Cheers for remembering that date, which we sometimes have trouble remembering.
The “modern” 5th anniversary gift is silverware. But since we rarely use the lovely silverware MamaK and PapaK gave us for our wedding, we hardly need more of it.
