Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

TGIF, GN!

I wonder if teh thread owl also likes “Petticoat Junction” and “Green Acres”, since they took place in Hooterville? And what about “Owl My Children”?

RabBeet --

Glad you and BW were able to go road-tripping. And that BW’s grief is easing.

Coffee?

I’ve been listening to a lot of 70’s music lately: Deep Purple, Humble Pie, Wishbone Ash, Savoy Brown, Frampton, Grand Funk Railroad, Montrose…

Good stuff, in particular Humble Pie’s live effort, Rockin’ the Fillmore. Great, great, album.

One of my few remaining friends at the bestest place to work evah gave notice yesterday. Sigh. Dropping like flies over there, at least the people that I think matter.

Wishing everyone a good day and POOF!1!!

Happy Friday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa and Sven!

In re the thread pic: I remember reading this book in elementary school:

Sven -- sorry about the personnel changes at the bestest place ever.

Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

Hai, Sven and Paddy!

Sven --

Sorry that the bestest place evar just keeps on getting better.

Paddy --

Heh! Never even heard of that book despite having been a fairly voracious reader as a kid. (But then, most of my reading-by-choice back then was already about science, scientists or SF.)
