Good morning, Fatwa. Yes, Mr. Admin is one of those Raider haters. It’s sad.
Troll cat update. The old guy has had a tough year; lackadaisical, grumpy, wouldn’t eat, wouldn’t groom. For the most part, taking on my personality. Mrs Sven has been brushing him and taking out the tangles in his coat. The food thing has been incredibly frustrating as there’s no real medical reason for him not to eat, but no matter what we tried it’s been a no go. About a month ago, we tried baby food--Gerber’s chicken--and that has become his new favorite. He’s actually eating again and has put on a pound or so of weight.
He won’t eat real chicken unless it’s on a bone that he can gnaw on it through the night, so before we go to bed, we toss out a leg or a wing. Sometimes too he just seems to want our company while he eats.
So he’s a PITA, but still alive and kind of kicking. He has real trouble leaping which makes it hard for him to get up on furniture, and he’s found a lot of new weird places to sleep, but he’s still going. The stubby ugly thing will probably outlive me.

Mornin’ Greetin’s!
Personally, I like the yellow lightnin’ worms.
And the window-openin’ cat. TM’s cat, who was named “Cat”, always opened the little cabinet over the fridge and stayed in there a lot. The door closed (or she closed it) after she was inside.
The rain has stopped (for awhile), but the sky is gloomy & gray. It turned cold, in the upper 50’s. Windows are open, but I’m wearing long sleeves. Ha!
Hi Rabbit! Glad you guys are making it through the rain.

Hey, Sven.
I was slow-typing when you came in.
Glad to hear that Troll Cat is eating again. Our vet told us that cats (more than dogs) can just will themselves to die.

Hope your Chargers win.
Or at least don’t stink too bad…
See ya later

Thanks, Sven. No problem. It is funny to think back to the days when several thread persons would have to scramble to put up new threads before they grew past a hundred comments. It’s a different world today. I am so happy that Jerry has given us this cage to play in.
Thank you for joining in. We are a small family now but each member is precious.
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, RabBiT, Sven, Fatwa, and Mac!
RabBiT -- I’m glad y’all are doing OK with all that rain.
Sven -- I’m glad that Troll Cat is doing better. Sorry about the cage decor, but maybe San Diego stands a chance of winning this week. I read this morning that San Diego’s owner will definitely be applying to move the team to Carson. With Oakland and St. Louis also likely contenders, there could be three teams in the LA area (unlikely, but possible).
It’s a devious game plan that the Chargers are employing against the Raiders: that old lull them into a false sense of security gambit…and they are running it to perfection.
Good luck on the car-buying. Definitely not one of my favorite things to do. Mrs. Paddy has the newest car in the family -- 12 years old in a couple of months, with 282,000 miles on it. Mine is almost 17 years old, but I’ve only got 247,000 miles on it. Teh Older’s is 13 years old with less than 200,000 miles.
That’s a smart cat.
Good morning and happy Sunday!
Mac: thanks for putting up the thread videos every day--I enjoy them and appreciate your efforts.
Texas contingent wet but safe?
Really, Mr Admin? Really?
Good morning, GN!
Hai, Sven!
I’m guessing the new decor is again football-related.

Whose Chargers? Not my Chargers. Blech.

It is quite a bit different, Mac, but at least it’s still spinning!
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!

SD has lost their last two games in the last couple of plays--Philip Rivers, even though he’s a punk, is a darn good competitor.
I don’t think Oakland is going to move and I hope they don’t They are Oakland’s team.
I hope Oakland doesn’t move, too, but one plan is for both SD and Oakland to share the stadium in Carson.
Which would be really cool--you’d have a game there every weekend. I just don’t think Oakland makes the move.
It’s a devious game plan that the Chargers are employing against the Raiders: that old lull them into a false sense of security gambit…and they are running it to perfection.
I think San Diego has Oakland right where they want them.
Darn. It almost worked. Sniff for the Chargers. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
YES MR ADMIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Silver and black, baby!!!!
Silver and black is back! At least this week.
Hi Jerry!!11!!!!!! For one week, I’ll take it!
And now I’m off to meet Mrs Sven so she can buy a new car. Women--always wanting something or other.
