My wife’s niece went into the maternity hospital this morning. She is petite, in her mid 30s, and this is her first, so there is some concern, but she is in good hands and things seem OK so far. The Doctor induced labor so it looks like today will be the day. This is probably the only child that there will be in the family so there is much excitement.
I’ll take, say, 16º of your 86. (Don’t want to be greedy…)
We actually had some light snow flurries yesterday, which didn’t stick on pavement. (Which is good, because I have little faith in various local municipalities’ preparedness…despite the words from their spokesholes’ maws.)
Little girl born about four hours ago. Mother and baby are fine. Grandma and great aunts are much relieved. Baby has loud voice. I could have told them that, given the family.
G’day, Wheelizens; hooray for helpfulness!
SoCal contingent: Feel free to send some heat this way; it’s currently 21ºF in Larryville.
Sheesh, you can have all that you want, Fatwa.
Hai, Sven!
Did you mean heat or bourbon?

Think this child will be spoiled a bit?
Tonight.
Hai Mac!
Looks like you need more whisky. 😉
Good thoughts en route for a happy, healthy mama and child!
So long as it’s only a little. 🙂
Larryville weather update: 29ºF; bah!
Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, Sven, and Mac!
Congratulations to your niece and soon-to-be-spoiled grand-niece/nephew, Mac!
Today is supposed to be a bit cooler -- only 86°F instead of 90.
Hai, Paddy!

This just in from an unnamed source:
Poor dog.
Har!
(My response to the sender was very similar.)
Since it’s still Wednesday all across this great GN, I’ll just leave this here:
As opposed to Canton, Ohio, how about a Gerbilee cruise trip?

Congratulations, Mac Family!
Congratulations!
