Good morning, Fatwa!
Teh Older and I will be leaving in an hour or so to sing at the memorial service for a former choir member. She suffered from Alzheimer’s, but while she still retained her memory, she wrote out what she wanted for her service.
Thursday I took BW to the dentist to have that pesky tooth removed. The rest of that day and yesterday was just loads of fun taking care of her.
“No you can’t eat, drink, have this!”
“What are you doing with that coke? No carbonated beverages!!”
“No, it’s not time for a pain pill.”
“Why don’t you take a nap?”
But she is a little better than she has been in previous nursing situations, so there is that.
I don’t want to talk politics, but I will say that people connected to “phone surveys” and robo calls should be put in public stocks like the in the old days. That is the mildest thing I will say, ya never know who is listening these days.
