Yesterday’s memorial service went well. The oldest son delivered the eulogy and did an incredible job, in both writing and delivery. Today we are throwing a party for my MIL’s 80th birthday. We’re having it in the afternoon, at church, to make it easier for her friends to attend. A family member on Mrs. Paddy’s side is an event planner, so we’re using her to handle the catering, serving, clean-up, etc. to make it easier on us.
