A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
The rains have come and have brought with them some strong winds -- and we’re only getting the tail end of the system. I hope all is well at Sven’s Mountain Redoubt.

G’mornin’, GN!

Hai, Paddy!

Maaaaaan…that is one evil-looking kitteh, Mac.

I bet it’s hoovering-up all kinds of personal data while it’s degaussing that drive: passwords, bank accounts, compromising photographs, intemperate rants, etc.

I have a bad feline about this; could be catastrophic for the owner of that drive.

Good morning--sad news about Nancy Reagan.

Slept better last night, thankfully, but still woke up with a headache. My doctor recommended combining tylenol with advil and that has actually been effective lately.

Good storm came though last night and more on the way tomorrow.

Hai, Sven and Mac!

Sven --

Glad you’re feeling better; here at CasaK, we refer to Tylenol ‘n’ Advil -- which we use occasionally -- as “ghetto Vicodin.”

(Hey…since my peeps were Ghettoized first, I get to say carp like that.) 🙂

Hot Air had an excerpt from a WaPo story about Clint’s private server and her sending classified information. It has this gem:

“The analysis raises difficult questions about how the government treats sensitive information. It suggests that either material is being overclassified, as Clinton and her allies have charged, or that classified material is being handled improperly with regularity by government officials at all levels — or some combination of the two.”

Yes, government is always concerned and empathetic when an ordinary citizen misreads or doesnt understand a law, or just flat out didnt know a law existed. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen a defendant let go on Law and Order after explaining to the judge that the law was just too complicated to understand.

And I love the second implication of the WaPo story: Everyone does it, so let’s not single out Mrs. Clinton.

There’s an easier to understand conclusion which is that Hillary Clinton is a duplicitous bag of sh*t who broke the law.

I’m shocked, shocked your final sentence completely ignores that our moral and intellectual betters operate with a far more detailed and nuanced grasp re what laws and regulations really mean, compared to us doltish, dung-trudging commoners.

We’re simply incapable of understanding such niceties…that’s why we need wise, compassionate rulers.

Mea culpa, you are right, Fatwa!

I think Trump is untrustworthy and a buffoon…until I listen to the liberal side and their candidates. Comparatively speaking, Trump aint too bad.
