Greetin’s all!
BW & I were watching the local morning news. The story was about a motorcycle club that raised some money for a charity. But what cracked us up was that the back of his jacket said “Sihk Riders “. Then the camera pulled back and showed his turban. We were cracking up. I had to break out my Apu accent to sing ”
Born to be Wild”. Then jokes of helmet laws and turbans unraveling in the wind followed. I’m sure that I appropriated somebody’s something, but I don’t care. It was funny! (But getting that song as an earwig isn’t funny)
Of course, I had to google (bing) it and the line went to autofill of Sihk Motorcycle Clubs of Canada! I never knew Sihk bikers were a thing! Well, now I do.
