Teh Squeaky Wheel
Happy Monday, GN!
Pretty incendiary thread pic, Mac. 😉
But true. Woman are frightening.
Good morning, GN!
I think I’m on my way to feeling the bern as the song in my head this morning was from Ten Years After:
Tax the rich
Feed the poor
Until there are no
Rich no more
So it goes.
Hadn’t thought of “I’d Love To Change The World” in decades; I’ll revisit it on YT later. I think I was fifteen when it was released.
Happy Monday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa and Sven!
Speaking of taxes, my major task for this week is getting them done. You can’t imagine the joy that fills my heart at the prospect.
I love the Orwellian canard perpetuated by the gummint that the income tax is a “voluntary” system.
Just another example of the fact they think we’re stupid, I suppose.
BW & I were watching the local morning news. The story was about a motorcycle club that raised some money for a charity. But what cracked us up was that the back of his jacket said “Sihk Riders “. Then the camera pulled back and showed his turban. We were cracking up. I had to break out my Apu accent to sing ”
Born to be Wild”. Then jokes of helmet laws and turbans unraveling in the wind followed. I’m sure that I appropriated somebody’s something, but I don’t care. It was funny! (But getting that song as an earwig isn’t funny)
Of course, I had to google (bing) it and the line went to autofill of Sihk Motorcycle Clubs of Canada! I never knew Sihk bikers were a thing! Well, now I do.
See ya later!
Were these the guys?
Incendiary Mac, that’s me!
Texas Fire ants, you know.
