It’s going to be another hot one. It’s not even 9 am and it’s already 83°F. Yesterday was 103. I’m sure Sven’s raccoons appreciate the water feature he put in for them.
Watching Tim Kaine--this guy is good. Enthusiastic, likeable, good talker. Don’t agree with any of his positions, but a good pick by Clinton as he is everything she isn’t.
The worst thing Trump can do is mock this guy on Twitter, but I’m sure that’s coming. If they don’t treat this seriously, it’s Hillary for sure in November.
Keeping an eye on friends and family--that fire is really moving, but for right now away from the populated areas. No real winds to speak of--not a Santa Ana condition--just really hot and dry.
It’s well away from us, but it doesnt bode well looking ahead for the next couple of months, but if we get that high speed rail thing built, all will be fine!

We are smoked in from the fire up in Sand Canyon--not a bit of sky anywhere.
