If only they’d keep their promises…

(we truly need it since Mr. X went Old Skool and engaged in poison-and-burn agriculture -- not kidding -- it’s summer, and he was out there with the weed torch after the not-desirable -by-cattle grass died)
Other than that, everything is status quo; I’m still feeling A LOT better, Teh Mangler is still an ass AND nutz, but hey, I’m back to doing the work I was when we moved out here which is considerably less stressful, and my less than burdened with intelligence co-worker gets all the bedlam.
Oh well, he wanted the title …

I’m glad you’re feeling better, TeX! How is the menagerie?
Mrs. Paddy and I are leaving this morning for a drive way up NorCal, to the giant redwoods on the coast. The daytime temps will be about 30° lower than they are here and the scenery will be much different. We’ll be back on Saturday, so we’ll miss all the fun of the DNC. I’m sure y’all will take good notes.
Remember to change the shavings and fill the water bottles (the one on the right is water).

Bernie Sanders ought to be on soon--as he rolls over on his back, exposes his belly, and spreads his legs, I wonder what the reaction from his supporters will be.
Going to melt some butter, get the popcorn ready, and crack a beer.
PS: I talked a to a liberal friend at work today who was harshly critical of the rudeness in Cleveland last week when “thugs and haters” shouted for Clinton to be arrested and jailed. Now that the very same chants are going on in Philly, he’s a bit at a loss for words except to posit that perhaps those doing the chanting were really Trump supporters bussed in by the RNC and not Dems at all.

Read earlier this morning that Bernie supporters in Philly were chanting “Lock her up!” and “Hey hey, ho ho, HRC has got to go!” yesterday.
