Happy Caturday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa!
I’ll probably end up buying a new router from Amazon and getting it delivered on Monday. The local stores seem to have either the low-end or the high-end.
We’ve had good performance -- both WiFi and cabled -- from the Cisco Linksys router we bought a couple of years ago. (Sorry…can’t read the freakin’ model #.)
“There’s no way of knowing whether Moore happened upon Doe Publius’ blog. And Coleman is correct; no one can know what was going on in Moore’s head. But words such as “tyrant” are flung all-too casually around the internet. Words have power. They can infect impressionable people and troubled individuals, some of whom may be armed.”
I wonder if the author is as concerned about the word “Hitler” and the phrases “worse than Hitler” and “by any means necessary” being tossed at Trump every day?
Or it’s only those rather stupid Second Amendment supporters that are easily influenced by words?
Thanks to the wonders of Amazon Prime Now, I’m back online with more than a single device connected to the internet at the same time. Just by chance, while placing my Amazon order, I checked out Prime Now, and found they could deliver my modem in two hours. What a world!
Happy Caturday, GN!
Paddy --
Sorry to read about your student’s parent and internet hassles; hope you’re able to solve them both sooner rather than later.
Good thread puppeh!
Criminy…I wonder WTF that thread GIF driver thought they were doing; mebbe the driver was somehow impaired:

Perhaps this would have helped:
Hai, Jerry!
How are you? How’s your hand?
Hey Jerry’s here!
Rather ironic:
