Found out yesterday afternoon that I’ll be headed back to L.A. the end of July for about 2.5 weeks. The 2nd HOA I was just out there for has decided to replace the flat roof on the building where we already replaced the shingles and front fascia.
I get to spend more time directing traffic at the Encino Motor Speedway; yay!!1! (But this time, I’m gonna get a safety vest for all teh good it’s likely to do me.)
