Mrs. Paddy and I went to a wedding yesterday for a young woman we’ve known since she was in elementary school. The groom is from New York and it was interesting to see some of his family fulfilling a number of stereotypes straight from the Jersey shores. The wedding itself was in a beautiful outdoor setting, under a ancient oak tree, and the Rabbi did a great job. A very pleasant afternoon/evening.
