Teh Squeaky Wheel
Nicely odd thread GIF, Mac; cute.
I see that there will be “Refuse Fascism” protests across our nation tomorrow; featuring Antifa and Black Bloc hoodlums, no doubt. Along with broken windows (economic stimulus!), trash fires, giant puppets, burning flags and so much more!!
I’m hoping that at least one flag burner manages to set themself ablaze. Fire…how does it work? 👿
I always love seeing the giant puppets.
That is a cute thread video, Mac. But with a cat…doesnt bode well for the life of teh thread.
Check this out: Barney’s New York is selling an “Anarchy Field Jacket”…for only $375.00!
Talk about yer “radical chic”.
Sales opportunity: pick up some surplus M-65 jackets for $35, decorate them with permanent markers, then undercut Barney’s.
Happy Friday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!
Now we know how ducks herd cats and how cats keep their ducks in a row.
I’ve been forced to read a lot of “research” papers in the field of education for a class I’m taking and I’ve learned a lot about the poor quality of research in the field of education. Any one of the papers I’ve read would have earned a failing grade when I was earning my bachelor’s degree, and these are from university professors. The basics of experimental design elude them, as do concepts such as data collection, sample size, and controlling variables.
But they feel good about it!
Heya, Paddy and Mac!
More importantly, I suspect, the *cough* data lead straight to the “right” conclusion(s).
Not a bad money-making idea; the only potential downside is that “Mr. Sinner of Schaumberg” doesn’t have quite the same cachet as “Barney’s New York”.
Or “Fatwa D’Arbuckle of Happy Larryville”.
That would be offensive to at least some Muslims (and their liberal “protectors”).
“The Paddy O’ of California Collection” might work; just about everybody in America loves the Irish. (Considering how reviled the Irish were in our country not that long ago, Blacks and Jews want to know how y’all pulled that off.)
Fair point; much better than Olde English 800 or Manischewitz. 😉
Maybe if you mixed them…
-“Maybe if you mixed them…”-
I never said I would try it.
That sounds almost as bad as the Frog’s Lap or whatever that rancid Scotch at the Gerbilee was called.
Euwwwww…that’s stomach-curdling, Paddy.
I think Laphroaig’s peat-licious…every once in a while.
I was pretty ambivalent about the first shot glass of that stuff I sipped. But after sipping about half a shot of bourbon as a palate cleanser, I thought I’d give it another go and it sort of grew on me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
