I’m not holding my breath that the “investigation” into the USAF’s screw-up which led to the Sutherland Springs murders will yield any meaningful results. (Certainly not for the dead, the injured and their families / friends.)

Fatwa -- I’m afraid you’re right. What should certainly be a career-ending move for command will more likely be a black mark in the jacket of some low-level enlisted personnel.
