Teh Squeaky Wheel
Maaaaan…that’s one wigged-out thread kitteh.
G’day from Happy Larryville, where we’re havin’ a heat wave; it’s already up to 25ºF headed toward a sweltering 39º. Whew! (Glad it’ll start warming-up a bit -- but only a bit -- by Saturday.)
HellColdFlu is partially contained at CasaK; progress is slow but moving in the right direction. Wretched pestilent grandchildren… 😉
I’m sort of amused Trump’s trolling Kim Jong Un -- and so many others -- on Twitter; in some regards, I find it much more “American” than nuance and diplomacy.
Good morning, Fatwa, and the rest of teh GN! Glad you and Brenda are on the mend -- praying I don’t catch the CA version of the hellcoldflu. Speaking of which, has anyone heard from Rabbit lately? Hope she and BW are doing well.
It’s been sweltering out here too -- almost 80 yesterday. Winter sucks.
Oregonians wrestle with their big issue of the day: self-service gasoline stations:
I seem to recall media folks and Democrats acting like the thread gif last election.
Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, Sven, and Mac!
That’s some pair of alpha-males in the thread gif.
Self-serve gas? Why, that’s just preposterous!
Fatwa -- I’ve also been amused by Trump’s trolling of Whoa! Fat, and the media’s collective freak-out over same.
This is quite funny -- from the LA Times:
“And yet this is an administration that frequently ignores broad public opinion to cater to the most extreme points of view…The federal government should not make it even more difficult for states to fulfill the will of the voters.” Because state rights.
In all the stories I’ve read or seen on teevee worrying about how the Trump extremists will react to legalized marijuana in California, not one of them has mentioned the Clinton administration’s response to Prop 215-medical marijuana back in the 90’s. One example as a reminder:
That’s completely different -- because of reasons and stuff.
I just read that Bill and Hillary’s house is on fire.
No, stop laughing! It is literally on fire.
No report yet on how many servers, laptops, and cell phones were lost.
In other news, the manufacturer of BleachBit reports that their product is much more flammable than previously suspected.
I blame global warming.
Bet there was a big pile of electronic devices and hardcopy files right where it started.
(Or a sleeping houseguest who knew too much.)
