Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

Happy Bad-Ass Crab Wednesday, GN!

I’m pretty stunned that John Cox made the top 2 in CA’s primary in what I’ve seen characterized as “a strong showing”. Don’t know what to make of that other than that the CA gubernatorial race is likely to be pretty nasty.

Wow.

It would have been a nastier 5 months if Villaraiogsa had taken the #2 spot: two libs trying to outlib each other, both with similar sexual affair baggage amongst other things. Now, it will be a more traditional battle.

Hai, Sven!

Now, it will be a more traditional battle.

Spears? Maces? Rocks?

Was glad to see Antonio got his culo handed to him. 👿

Nearly forgot this is the 74th anniversary of the start of Operation Overlord. I cannot possibly imagine what that must have been like for our troops…but I sure am grateful for their guts and determination.

Happy Glad-the-Primary-is-Behind-Us Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!

It looks like two Dems will face off for Lt. Gov. and Xavier Becerra failed to get over 50% of the vote for AG and the Calif. Teachers Assoc. favorite for Sup. of Public Instruction will have to face off against someone who supports charter schools (and got more votes in the primary). There will be no Reps in the race for U.S. Senator. On the proposition side of the ballot, Californians once again voted to spend more money and were fooled by the title of another proposition that won’t do what it suggests it will. On the plus side, the greens were handed a loss in their attempts to take even more money from businesses and hand it to Jerry’s Choo-choo.

I saw this at AoSHQ and thought it appropriate.

Hai, Paddy!

Your graphics triggered me.

I’m sorry for my CA friends and family that there are way too many drooling, brain-dead voters out there.

Not to mention all of the gibbet-worthy politicians…
