Wow…almost $1600 to fly from John Wayne to BUR via Vegas; crazy. Glad you only have to make the drive once.
While I know the “culture war” has been going on for decades, the Alex Jones de-platforming has really struck me as a serious escalation given it was done by various eight-hundred-pound gorillas. I suspect it’ll turn out to be a pretty significant event when we look back on it in ten years, but I have no idea where it’s going to lead us.
I find it both vexing and frightening. (I miss the early days of the internetz when it was a sort of digital anarchy I found quite pleasing.)
Thanks, that’s not until the 21st of this month. If traffic holds to its usual patterns, I’ll have to leave at 6:30 to make sure I get there for the 9:00 am start.
