My brother made a few posts on FB about Kavanaugh -- how the majority of his supporters excuse his behavior (not even alleged behavior) with “boys will be boys” and how toxic this is to girls. Or asking why is it “old white men” who are making decisions about women (whatever that means). One friend of his tried to engage in discussion and was met with “you must not have any daughters, granddaughters, or nieces that you care about”. It’s sad, really.

I noticed that Hollywood/CBS, once again out of original ideas, is doing a relaunch of Magnum PI tonight. I’m sure that the subtlety and humor of the original will be tossed out for bigger and badder explosions, more chase scenes, and lots more risque sex scenes. Meh.
