Just stopping-in to say everything’s okay here at CasaK.
Been busy. And I’m so enraged (rightly or wrongly) about some recent news events that I’m mostly staying offline and reading dead tree books in my free time.
I put a pork shoulder on the grill to smoke this morning, then promptly ran out of propane. Just got back with two filled tanks and I’ve started the process again. I think this time, after smoking for a couple of hours, I’m going to finish it off in the oven -- much better temperature control.

Fatwa -- thanks for checking in. I’ve gotten that way with my brother’s posts. There’s no point in responding, so I just ignore them.
