Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

Happy Thankgiving, GN!

I suppose I ought to express some gratitude for having met wonderful new friends -- not to mention my wife via our predecessor site(s)…but I must continue preparing for the ravening horde of turkey (and ham) vultures. 🙂

Hope you all have a lovely day.

They will gleefully blame it all on Trump.

Yes they will.

Wait until someone has the unmitigated audacity to legally use a gun to protect themselves from violent leftist goons. (Frankly surprised that didn’t happen when roads and freeways got illegally blocked here a couple of summers ago.)

Thank you, Father, for having created us and given us to each other in the human family. Thank you for being with us in all our joys and sorrows, for your comfort in our sadness, your companionship in our loneliness. Thank you for yesterday, today, tomorrow and for the whole of our lives. Thank you for friends, for health and for grace. May we live this and every day conscious of all that has been given to us.

Happy Thanksgiving, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!

As with Fatwa, cleaning and cooking continue at Casa du O’Furnijur. It’s all manageable, though.

I am thankful that I’ve had the chance to meet such wonderful people as all y’all. You are the salt of the Earth.

My first thought on seeing this was dildo. I can see though that it is bowing.

Echoing earlier sentiments -- I too am most grateful for having landed here on this wheel.

Well, the turkey was done in less than two hours (convection), when I was expecting 3 hours. I’ve cooled down the oven and will let it sit at about 150°F until time to put other things in.
