Well, I finally sign off on our refinance tomorrow. Took a year and a half to finally get it done. It will let me pay off the medical bills that have been kicking my butt. I was thinking we might have to sell the house next year so this is a relief. I will save enough interest paying off just one five year loan I had to take out last year to pay all the refinance costs. We were surprised how much the value of the home has gone up just in the last year. Sadly, interest rates are higher now too, but we needed this.
