After some revisions last night, my “therefore we find it necessary” letter re Mrs. Shyster’s roof repairs is down to 1/2 page. I’m pretty pleased with it; I suspect her HOA will not be, due to the added time and expense in the event the Board wishes to accept our proposal.

Light rain started around midnight here, and continued through 6 this morning. Guess I don’t need to water the plants and yard today. I dropped Mrs. Paddy off at the airport this morning. The one good thing about those early morning flights is the lack of traffic.
