Despite some carp which needs doing, I’m mostly going to be a slug today. No shower, ratty tee shirt, disreputable shorts and a nap.
Oh…and Mongolian beef for dinner, so there”ll be some chopping / slicing prep work involved. And because it’s LambiePieK’s Birfday Week, I’ll be using flank steak instead of the usual cube steak.
