Have a potential new JimCo HOA customer who requested bids for X and Y from us -- and were in a bit of a hurry to get them. We were mostly able accommodate their “need for speed” and delivered a bid package Friday for an attractive -- to us -- amount of work.
Jim got a call from them late Friday basically saying, “Oh, we forgot to tell you we also wanted a bid for Z.
While Z is about five times as much work as X & Y, it will require another time-consuming visit to the property. Given the large potential scope-of-work, how the bloody fark did they neglect to ever mention Z in the course of multiple phone calls and emails?!?
Kind of a “yes, but…”
And, of course, they’re in a big rush again.
