I’ve been doing a severely reduced carb thing, too (really miss bread, rice, pasta and potatoes, which I’ve been largely avoiding), but TBH a loaf of good sourdough would almost certainly weaken my resolve, too.

And remember…the more butter you put on the sourdough, the “Atkins-friendlier” it becomes. 👿
