We’ll be doing a little extra Gaia-killing today by making some burgers. (And I intend to enjoy mine with some raw onion for additional planet-murdering methane because to hell with teh grandchildren; amirite??)

No work today, so that means I’ve got a long list of chores. I need to replace one of the light switches in the kitchen. It’s only a year old and has already gone bad. We need a hose for the front of the house, so I checked what’s in stock at Home Despot and looked at the reviews. Criminy! I’ve never seen so many inverted bell curves in my life! 1/3 of the people think the product is great, 1/3 had the product fail within a month, and the others were +/- meh. Lack of quality control -- another benefit of cheap cr@p from China.
