Had to retrieve something that went down the drain, this morning. I can’t tell you how much I prefer ABS fittings to the old chrome-plated brass. It makes things so much easier.

Since SoCalEd got me to purge the refrigerator Wednesday, figured I might as well clean the thing fully. Not fun, but it’s done.

Do you have those wonderful threaded ABS couplings which often don’t even require a wrench when taking the trap apart? Those rawk!
Here at CasaK, it’s more frequently old sour cream or mystery cheese, but same general thing.
Since we’ve redone both bathrooms and the kitchen -- yes! -- we do have those wonderful connections.
