No problem mac. We are hoping for the best re: Rob. He can be very helpless as many geniuses are.

Hola, Wheelizens!

Hiya, dv8 (and Harper) and Mac!

Rob, on the other hand was recently assaulted by said mob and was very badly hurt, although he is okay now and is recovering.

Criminy. That’s awful; very glad he’s recovering. Too bad the mayor / popo commissioner there has decided to let goons rule the streets.

Thus far, ATL’s had only one instance of this sort of hooliganism. A couple of summers ago, BLM blocked a major freeway for several hours and the authorities’ response was -- IMHO -- tepid at best.

But it hasn’t happened again; I wonder if some sort of “unofficial” message got passed to various “protest” groups which has discouraged a repeat performance.

Hmmm…why might that be? 👿

I asked BK at the time why they didn’t have AFD simply hose them off the interstate; apparently due to the legacy of the civil rights era, you can’t do stuff like that ’round these parts.

An inability to, erm, discriminate between peaceful civil disobedience in the ’60s and petulant in-your-face thuggery in the ’10s is a form of insanity.

Live Streaming again. I just noticed I was streaming a very low bitrate, so I fixed that for now.

A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, dv8, Mac, and Fatwa!

Mrs. Paddy and I have been following the Kincade fire in Sonoma County -- the mandatory evacuation area has expanded to include 90,000 people and spot fires are burning well ahead of the main fire lines.

Off to church, bbl.

Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

G.mornin’, Paddy!

Read earlier that PG&E’s planning to pull teh plug on more than 2M customers in NoCal due to winds…sheeeeeeeit.

Keep voting for the same “progressive” politicians and policies; things are sure to get better. Dumbasses.
