Managed to get that pricing together for the Nemesis Homeowners Association -- along with a reasonably civil cover letter -- and deliver it yesterday. As part of the process, I had cause to go back through previous reports / proposals / invoices; over the past 3.5 years, I’ve done a stunning amount of paperwork for them vs. the amount of work we’ve actually been awarded to-date.
