Teh Squeaky Wheel
Happy Appalled Opossum Friday, Wheelizens!
BTW, Fatwa, if we don’t get some rain soon, I’m going to be asking ZOG for a refund.
I suggest you reread the fine print in the agreement. 👿
That said, hope you got a decent night’s rest, Sven.
Managed to get that pricing together for the Nemesis Homeowners Association -- along with a reasonably civil cover letter -- and deliver it yesterday. As part of the process, I had cause to go back through previous reports / proposals / invoices; over the past 3.5 years, I’ve done a stunning amount of paperwork for them vs. the amount of work we’ve actually been awarded to-date.
Your Friday a.m. wrongness:
“Nemesis Homeowners Association” -- another good band name!
Good morning Fatwa and happy Friday GN!
Happy Friday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!
Fatwa -- I hope all this knotty work for the naughty HOA is not for naught.
I’m going to a legal seminar on special education today -- I hope it’s as good as last year’s.
Sorry…missed the level of word play in this comment earlier; well done, man.
Hey Sven and Paddy!
…I hope it’s as good as last year’s.
I dunno if that’s sarcastic or not. 🙂
Fun Fact: The KorpulenceKarts at our local Walmart are clearly marked LOAD LIMIT 500 LBS.
Pretty sure I’ve seen kustomers violating that limit a few times.
Does the motor sound labored and do you hear groans from the tires?
Hey Wheelies. Where does the time go? I was up early this morning, but just now getting around to catching up on the thread and saying hi.
I just want to say how much I appreciate you all: Those of you who keep the candle in the window, and those of you who simply keep us in your thoughts in quiet moments.
It’s been good having you and Miss Harper back around, dV8.
I guess Harper had been lurking around all these years, but I was so happy myself, when I went looking for you guys, to find you all still here keeping the candle burning.
Happy Independence Day, Great Britain!
Harper says: “You now actually HAVE one now, England!”
I think she used better grammar than that…
