Got an invitation to attend a project meeting via ZOOM at 08:00 PDT today for a job we start Monday. Downloaded the APP onto my phone, we’ll see just how easy it is to use. (Given that my phone’s more than five years old, I was a little surprised it’s -- allegedly -- supported.)
Security issues are the reason I decided to install ZOOM on my phone rather than my laptop (and I don’t have a camera for my desktop); I’ve never used my phone for banking, Amazon, payments of any kind, etc.; no financial-type stuff on it.
I see Deblasio has annoyed the Jooooooooooooos in NYC — probably not for the first time.
The tacked-on “and all communities” in his Tweet seemed pretty transparent to me. Not unexpected from a guy named “Wilhelm”, TBH.
ZOOM meeting went okay; had to log in twice as I had no outgoing audio the first attempt but it was simpler than I expected. Meeting itself was brief and organized; yay!
Just looking upon that mug is a reason to start day drinking.

Still in kind of a stir-crazy mood today -- I was glad when a neighbor wanted to walk when the rain ended this morning. It was good -- and good to get out.
Glad you enjoyed yourself. I gave up on shopping today. I was gonna break it up into two trips. Heavy liquid stuff and other stuff. Then I decided I’d go after work tomorrow.
