I’m extremely frustrated by not knowing when JimCo will be able to start that big job. We and the Board agreed it would be sub-optimal to perform the work while so many people are either working from home or flat-out not working. (Any hope of doing the job while the local urchins are still in school has, of course, evaporated.)
Here in GA, it’s been two weeks since we started reopening and I’ve not been able to glean how that may have effected new Covid-19 cases. The CDC continues to be -- IMHO -- largely useless as a source for accurate info right in their own backyard as they seem to have multiple agendas which are unrelated to providing unbiased data.

It has certainly cooled down here at Casa du Furnijur -- almost a 20 degree swing from earlier in the week. I like it!
In re the CDC -- instead of working on their core mission of preventing pandemics and developing vaccines, they’ve spent their time investigating social justice issues. Fire them all, then hire back those who understand their core mission.
The CDC ought to be nothing but a smoking crater in Atlanta filled with the debris of very hoity-toity, expensive fixtures and amenities. Plus the cadavers of its staff.
