Sven -- I hope the numbers work out better than you think. I also hope and pray that we can resume life and living and minimize the number of lives that have been ruined by government overreach.
Well, the financial review is done. Yes, we’ve lost a good chunk of cash, but so it goes. It’s mostly imaginary “wealth” anyhow. It’s like your chips at the blackjack table -- until you actually get up from the table AND take them to the cashier cage AND get cash money AND leave the casino, the numbers don’t matter.
Glad I went to the cemetery -- lot of people out there today. Mrs Sven is adverse to cemeteries -- my family, from when we were in Illinois, well, the family plot was a big deal and maintaining it was a regular activity. I tried to explain to Mrs Sven that it isn’t so much thinking about the body 6 feet down, but rather having a destination to go to specific to that person. Yes, I know my uncle isn’t there; yes I know that I could think about him from anywhere, but just standing by his marker brought back memories that I haven’t thought about in many years.

Yesterday, I started the onerous task of assessing our financial situation in light of the current crisis. Fun times.
Today, out to the cemetery before the heat kicks up and then probably back home to do some chores.
