As I think you all know, I’m not Trump’s biggest fan.
But I really loathe unfairness, and Trump has had to put up with more mendacious bullshit -- since before he was even sworn-in -- than any President I can recall.
Plus, he’s done a far better job than I expected. (I’ve argued for many years that a successful business person might make a decent President, given the POTUS is literally our Chief Executive.)
Further, he’s many things, but I don’t think “stupid” is one of them.
Can he prevail in what seems to be a blatantly rigged election? I dunno, but I believe he legitimately won and I hope he can survive this Brobdingnagian shit show.
The odds appear to be lousy, but then I wouldn’t have bet on him four years ago, either.
Regardless of how this shakes out, there’s likely to be a massive, um realignment in our country. And a lot of “unrest”. Sure glad to be living in GA.
As well as armed.
And I’m especially glad to have BrendaK as my “teammate”.
I’m thinking how this election will be framed in the coming years. “Mostly accurate” or “Mostly honest” are at the top of my list.
I think Trump’s first best shot is with PA-that the election itself was illegal (at least I think that’s how the argument goes) instead of with the more anecdotal incidents. On that side, I think the Dominion software needs considerably more investigation.
It’s important that he gets a ruling of some sort in his favor this week so that the MSM can’t ignore this anymore.
Having quit Fox News (and everything else) when we “pulled the plug” on satellite service 5+ years ago, it’s been sadly amusing to read about FNC trying to rebrand itself.
It looks like OANN and Newsmax are trying to fill that “vacuum”; it may be another organization I’m unaware of who eventually does so. (And the Left will immediately try to cancel them, because that’s their schtick. )

Is it TeX-bait Tuesday? 😉

Fuuuuuuuu…
Good morning, Fatwa.

Good times.
Looks like its Fox News’ turn in the barrel for leaning left. Well, they had a good run as the leftist alternative news station.
Hi, Sven!
(And the Left will immediately try to cancel them, because that’s their schtick. )
How about “mostly legitimate”? 👿
===================
Random vulgarity:
“Mostly legitimate” is a contender.
Judging from the media, the mood of the country is move on from Trump regardless of the cost or legality of the election. Interesting.
A little girl I had in here yesterday was *horrified* to find out that it ain’t over yet.
And years from now, she’ll be on some stage somewhere and be able to say “…and that little girl was me” and become super famous.
Hi, Tex!
Heh!
